Job Post Title: Full-Time PA or FNP at 5 th Street Medical Plaza in Tyler, TX
Job Post Description: 5 th Street Medical Plaza seeks a Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the fast-growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics.
About the Position:
Average patient load of 20-25 per day
EMR: EPIC
M-F 8a to 5p
Outpatient only, no weekend requirement
Lab and X-Ray on site
Recruitment Package may include:
Base salary + w/RVU production incentive
