OFFICIAL RULES & INFORMATION

Overview: All Alliance for Kids 50/50 RAFFLE tickets, transactions, participants, purchasers and winners are subject to these Official Rules, and to all applicable statutes,

rules and regulations, including but not limited to the Licensing Law, the Rules and Regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and all other applicable rules and regulations

adopted by any regulatory and/or enforcement agency having jurisdiction with respect to the activities to which these Official Rules apply.

Ticket Purchase: Alliance for Kids 50/50 RAFFLE fundraisers will be conducted at each Spring Training game at Roger Dean Stadium throughout the 2021.St. Louis

Cardinals and Miami Marlins Spring Training season, at Happy Life Concert series, online and at local events . Raffle tickets will be available from the time the gates

open through the last out of the 8th inning. The winning ticket number will be drawn at the top of the 7th inning, and the number will be announced during the 9th inning.

Raffle tickets can be obtained at 50/50 RAFFLE kiosks or from a 50/50 RAFFLE seller (wearing a bright, orange shirt) roaming throughout the ballpark.

Ticket Prices: No purchase necessary. Tickets may be obtained by request or with cash only (United States ($) Dollars) for the following suggested donations:

□ 30 tickets for $20 promotions 100 tickets for $20 and 76 for $20

Each ticket is a receipt for the entrant and represents one (1) entry for that game's Raffle and is not eligible for any past or future Raffle drawings. Alliance for Kids is not

responsible for printing errors in any Raffle-related material or any misdirected, incomplete, lost, late or illegible tickets or other errors or problems that may limit the entrant's

ability to participate in or win any Raffle. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the buyer ineligible. Entrants may purchase as many tickets as they wish, subject to

availability. No refunds will be made, except as otherwise determined by Alliance for Kids in its sole discretion. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible.

Eligibility: Alliance for Kids 50/50 RAFFLE is open to all ticket holders to St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Marlins Spring Training home games and July 3rd and 4th Celebration

games age eighteen (18) or older as of the date of entry. By purchasing a Raffle ticket, the entrant agrees to abide by all terms of the Official Rules applicable thereto. Subject

to all Federal, State, Local and Municipal Laws and regulations. By entering any 50/50 RAFFLE, Entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules. All 50/50

RAFFLES shall be subject to all Federal, State, Local and Municipal Laws and Regulations. Some restrictions apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Alliance for Kids 50/50 RAFFLE staff members are not eligible to purchase Raffle tickets at St. Louis Cardinals or Miami Marlins Spring Training home games in which they

are working on, or behalf of, said RAFFLE.

Random Drawing: Every transaction is electronically tallied. The winning ticket number is selected by random drawing through an automated computer program upon

conclusion of each game Raffle at the end of the 6th inning. Winners need not be present to claim his/her prize. One (1) winner will be chosen out of the pool of purchased

tickets for that game. The decisions of Alliance for Kids are final and binding on all matters relating to any Raffle.

Winner Notification: The winning ticket number will be announced during the 8th inning. The winning ticket number will also be available at the Alliance for Kids Guest

Relations lnformtion booth of Roger Dean Stadium.

Grand Prize: The holder of the winning Ticket shall be entitled to receive, upon compliance with these Official Rules, the greater of: (a) fifty percent (50%) of the Raffle

Proceeds; or One Hundred Dollars $100.00) (the "Grand Prize").

To claim your winning prize, potential winners should go to the Alliance for Kids table or Guest Relations Booth of Roger Dean Stadium or call (561) 531-0248. The purchased

Alliance for Kids 50/50 RAFFLE ticket is the only valid receipt for claiming a prize and must be redeemed either in person or via mail. The potential Raffle winner will be

required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Alliance for Kids and shall be required to execute and return a Winning Ticket Claim Form

and a Publicity Release. Upon completion of the corresponding paperwork, a check will be mailed to the winner within four (4) to six (6) weeks of claiming their respective

prize.

Failure to submit any identification or failure to return required documents to Alliance for Kids within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or

return of any Prize or Prize notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and the Prize being forfeited and the Prize money being donated to Alliance for Kids

Charities. Potential winners may also choose to waive their right to receive a Prize at which time the Prize from that drawing will be forfeited and the Prize Money will be

donated to Alliance for Kids.

The Alliance for Kids 50/50 Raffle is governed by Florida law. All winners will be subject to the IRS rules and regulations regarding gambling winnings. For the 2018 season,

Alliance for Kids will complete and file IRS form W-2G and withhold federal income tax of 25% from the winner's proceeds in accordance with IRS guidelines and regulations

for prizes at $600 and above. Prize winners who are non-resident aliens for tax purposes will be subject to all applicable withholding and reporting requirements.

All Alliance for Kids 50/50 RAFFLE winners will have until thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the Spring Training season to claim their prize. If a prize remains

unclaimed after thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the Spring Training season, the unclaimed prize money will be donated back to Alliance for Kids.

Each Raffle winner assumes all responsibility for any state, county or Federal taxes, fees or withholdings. Each Winner is advised to consult his/her own tax advisor(s) with

respect to the liabilities that may arise from winning a prize in the RAFFLE. No substitutes for prizes are allowed by any potential RAFFLE winner. Potential RAFFLE winners

may waive their right to receive a prize (i.e., decline the prize), at which time the prize from that drawing date will be forfeited and the prize money will be donated to Alliance

for Kids.

Alliance for Kids is not responsible for any lost or stolen 50/50 RAFFLE tickets.

ALLIANCE FOR KIDS REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Alliance for Kids is a recognized 501 (c)(3) charitable organization existing under the laws of Florida and is a distinct

legal entity. Alliance for Kids is conducting the 50/50 RAFFLES at Roger Dean Stadium with the permission of and limited assistance from the Roger Dean Stadium, but

Alliance for Kids is solely responsible for the operation and conduct of the Alliance for Kids 50/50 RAFFLES. The official registration and financial information of Alliance for

Kids may be obtained from the State of Florida. Registration does not imply endorsement.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: By purchasing a Raffle ticket, buyers agree to release and hold harmless Alliance for Kids, Roger Dean Stadium Charities, the St. Louis

Cardinals, the Miami Marlins, the other MLB Entities (defined below) and each of their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, and each of their respective

shareholders, employees, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") against any and all liability claims or

actions of any kind whatsoever arising directly or indirectly for injuries (including death), damages or losses to persons and property, which may be sustained in connection

with the receipt or use of any prize, or while preparing for, participating, in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity. Alliance for Kids, in its sole discretion, reserves the

right to disqualify any person tampering within the entry process or otherwise in violation of the official Rules. Alliance for Kids further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or

modify the RAFFLE for any reason, including, but not limited to if any RAFFLE is not capable of completion as planned, including but not limited to, infection by tampering,

unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, fraud, or acts of God. Alliance for Kids will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors

in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to any RAFFLE. Released Parties make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize and

disclaim any implied warranty. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All disputes will be resolved under applicable

U.S. Laws in Palm Beach County, Florida, without reference to its conflicts of law principles.

Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of any RAFFLE may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from

participation in the RAFFLE. Should such an attempt be made, Alliance for Kids reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) to the fullest

extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.

A RAFFLE entrant's sole and exclusive remedy for any claim against Alliance for Kids arising out of the sale of RAFFLE tickets or the conduct of the RAFFLE shall be limited

to the return of the purchase price paid for his/her RAFFLE ticket(s). In no event shall the Released Parties be liable to any party or ticket purchaser for any loss or injury to

earnings, profits or goodwill, or for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages of any person or entity whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, even if

advised of the possibility of such damages.

The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, LP., Major

League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related

entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners,

shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.
